Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via accredited couriers. We deliver by courier to your door throughout South Africa. Orders over R500 are delivered for free. If your order is under R450, we charge R59 for this service.

Orders will leave our warehouse in Durban within 2-3 working days of placing the order. Customers will receive an email once the order leaves our warehouse. Status updates on the delivery will be sent to our customers via our courier company on email.

Delivery time will vary. Customers situated in main centres will receive their order 48 to 72 hours after shipment. Regional deliveries can take between to 5-7 days depending on the area.
